We offer various different maintenance agreements. To choose the kind of contract which suits you and your institute’s needs best is always an open possibility to you.

The maintenance-agreements differ primarily in price and response time. Whichever of them you choose, you will obtain one thing at any rate: a fast, qualified and effective service.

The maintenance-agreements on location at a glance

Premium-Service The restart time of the affected machines is six hours at most. The price includes travel, work time and components.   Full-Service The response time in our full service is at most four hours. The price includes travel, work time and components.

Next-Day-Service The response time in our next day service is at most one working day. The price includes travel, work time and components.   Inhouse-Service You send us your defective systems and you will retrieve them after a short time. An ex ante exchange is also possible. Or we also offer you the repair of your equipment at fixed prices following estimations.
